1. After sales commitment:
Our company promises a product quality warranty period of three years;
1.1. During the product quality warranty period (one year), if there are any quality issues with the product, our company provides a free warranty (with shipping costs borne by both parties).
1.2. If the product needs to be repaired due to quality problems within one month after purchase, the company shall bear the cost of repair (freight: only for Chinese Mainland, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
1.3. If there are quality issues during the product quality warranty period (second to third years), free maintenance will be provided. If parts are replaced, additional cost will be charged.
2. After sales return and exchange service:
Returns and exchanges are supported within seven days. Customized models do not support returns and exchanges unless it does not affect secondary sales. (Non quality issue returns and exchanges require the buyer to bear the shipping cost)
3. Liability for breach of contract:
During the performance of the contract, if the purchaser fails to pay the final payment as agreed within 6 months, it shall be deemed as automatic abandonment of the products under this contract. The company has the right to handle the products on its own and will not refund the deposit.
4. Disclaimer
During the use process, if the following situations occur, our company does not assume warranty obligations, and customers can choose to provide paid services.
1. Product damage caused by violating the instructions in the product manual;
2. Product damage caused by the use of unauthorized extension components;
3. Product damage caused by unauthorized modification or self repair;
4. Product damage caused by exceeding the allowable usage environment (such as high temperature, corrosion, etc.);
5. Product damage caused by abnormal external forces (such as falling, squeezing, collision, etc.);
6. Product damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure (such as fires, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);
7. Unable to provide valid purchase vouchers and quality assurance cards;
8. Unauthorized alteration or damage of product serial numbers and anti-counterfeiting labels.
